DLC Renegades Badminton Club was formed in 2005 when a smattering of players splintered away from a larger group, hence Renegades.

After roaming from one leisure centre to the next during its formative months, the disparate band of players happened across Greenford Sports Centre. The facilities were basic, if not ramshackle, but this was to become our home.

In 2007 the Sports Centre was raised to the ground as part of an extensive construction project which saw the development of a new modern sports centre on the grounds of the old Greenford High School, which itself was relocated just a matter of meters away.

The club has grown steadily over the years since its inception and now consists of a large, multicultural, eclectic mix of players, male and female, young and not so young! We play on Sunday afternoons from 1 - 4pm, so why not join us for a game or two? Take advantage of our first session discount and sample our truly unique atmosphere.

Why play at DLC Renegades - We at DLC Renegades are a very welcoming and friendly club. Some clubs just play hard and some just play for fun. Here at DCLR you can have both. We have at least two club dinners a year where everyone is invited to attend. We take advice and criticism constructively and use it to the advantage and benefit to DLCR.
